Overview
Bethlehem Shores is an Arvida Group village with its sister village Bethlehem Country Club nearby. It has been constructed with a view to creating a premium village and that has been achieved. The village creates a feeling of luxury from the moment the gates are entered and by the time the atrium-style clubhouse is entered there is little doubt.
There is a selection of beautifully appointed two and three-bedroom villas available. A care centre is being constructed in the village and is projected to be finished in three years.

Entry Costs
Prices start at $1,000,000 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single garage villa with no view. Villas with views are $2,000,000+.
Deferred Management Fee
The Deferred Management Fee will be an amount equal to 7.5% per annum for 4 years of the Entry Payment that was made to a maximum of 30%.
Weekly Fees
$195 fixed for life and ends when the Occupation Right Agreement is terminated.
