Overview
The Bayview is a growing village with apartments available and new apartments under construction. It is part of the large Oceania group with over 40 villages across the country.
The village is well located with residents saying that they have good access to shopping, hospital, and other amenities. The apartments are new and well appointed with some having views of the harbour and Mt Maunganui. Trudi, the sales manager is always very friendly and accommodating.

Deferred Management Fee
The Deferred Management Fee will be an amount equal to 10% per annum for 3 years of the Entry Payment that was made, to a maximum of 30%.

The weekly fee is fixed for the term of the license.
Village Size
There are 31 original villas. There were 35 new apartments completed in the first stage followed by 37 apartments in the second stage. Stages 3 & 4 involve the construction of 54 apartments and these are expected to be be completed in 2024. Stage 5 will involve the construction of a further 105 apartments.
